1. Who handles your data

2. What we collect and why

The enquiry form does not send anything to a server: the button opens your own email app with a ready-made message that you send yourself. So we only receive the email you send (name, email address, dates, number of guests, message) or what you tell us by phone. We use it only to reply to your enquiry and to arrange your stay (legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract and performing it), and for guest registration and tourist tax where the law requires it.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes visitors’ IP addresses in short-lived logs to deliver the site securely and quickly.

3. What we do not use

No cookies, no analytics, no ads or trackers. Fonts are served from our own server and the map is a static image (© OpenStreetMap), so a visit makes no requests to Google or other third parties. Links to Google Maps and Facebook only open when you click them; their own policies apply there.

4. How long we keep data

We keep enquiries as long as needed to reply and to arrange the stay. Invoicing and guest-registration data are kept as long as the law requires.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict the processing of your data, to object and to data portability. To use these rights, write to apartmaji@komac.si. You can lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si).
