The house sits in the quiet part of Bovec, above the centre, among gardens and hay meadows. The square, the shop and the restaurants are about 400 metres away, the Soča and the rafting put-ins a few minutes by car. It holds two self-contained apartments: Kanin upstairs and Polovnik on the ground floor, each with its own entrance, kitchen and bathroom.
Behind the house is a garden with a pergola, a stone table, an outdoor fireplace and a barbecue. Parking is free, right by the house.
